Greenhouse

A Hayvora Holdings division

What We Do

Greenhouse construction, smart irrigation, and climate-smart farming solutions, alongside M&E, field analytics, and development impact reporting.

Overview

AgriSystem & Analytics is the Hayvora Holdings division working where agriculture meets evidence. We build the physical systems that let growers produce reliably — protected growing structures and the irrigation that feeds them — and we provide the data services that let programmes prove what those investments achieved.

That pairing is deliberate. A greenhouse without a water plan underperforms, and a development programme without clean field data cannot report on its own results. We work across both, from a first site visit through to the endline report.

Growing Smarter. Measuring What Matters.

Vision

To make climate-smart growing systems affordable for African producers, and to make the results of agricultural development measurable and trustworthy.

Mission

To design and build practical growing infrastructure, and to collect, verify, and analyse the field data that turns agricultural programmes into evidence.

Our Services

We work with smallholders, commercial growers, agribusinesses, NGOs, and development programmes across Ghana and West Africa.

Low-Cost Greenhouse Construction

Protected growing structures built from locally available materials, so they can be repaired and extended without importing parts.

  • Site assessment, orientation, and drainage planning
  • Tunnel and gable-frame greenhouse construction
  • Locally sourced framing, cladding, and insect screening
  • Ventilation, shading, and temperature management
  • Internal bed layout and pathway preparation
  • Handover walkthrough and grower training

Our Core Values

Six commitments that shape how every AgriSystem & Analytics project is run.

01

Integrity

We report what the data shows. Figures are traceable to the field record that produced them, and we do not adjust findings to suit an expected result.

02

Excellence

Structures are built to hold up through a full season and beyond; datasets are cleaned, validated, and documented well enough for someone else to audit.

03

Professionalism

We follow accepted monitoring and evaluation practice, agree indicators and methods before fieldwork begins, and deliver in the formats funders require.

04

Innovation

We favour low-cost, locally maintainable designs and digital data capture over expensive imported systems and paper forms.

05

Our People

Our agronomists, technicians, enumerators, and analysts train the growers and field teams they work alongside, so capability stays behind after we leave.

06

Safety

Safe practice on build sites and in the field, with proper consent and data-protection handling for every respondent we record.
